Dafa Builders (Opc) Private Limited is located in Ottaplackel, within the Puthuppally area of Kottayam. We run our operations from here and focus on building projects around the local region. Being an OPC means it’s a more personal way of doing business. You are usually dealing directly with the people who are making the decisions. We don't have layers of management or a bunch of departments to go through. If there is a problem on a site, we just go there and fix it. Our approach to building is very hands-on. We spend our time checking on quality and making sure the materials are what they should be. Kottayam is a place where people value honesty and hard work, and we try to live up to that. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of paper. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the world. We just want to do good work that we can be proud of when we drive past it later. Sometimes the schedule gets tight or the weather makes things difficult, but that is just part of being a builder. We take it one day at a time and focus on the task in front of us. It is a simple life but a rewarding one when you see a house or a wall finally finished.
