Cordial Developers Private Limited

We are based at T C 23/1351(3), right on Madathil Lane. It’s just off the C I T Road in Melaranoor. Our office is tucked away a bit, which is nice because it’s quieter than the main road. We handle property development work as a private limited company. It’s a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to get things done without a lot of talking. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing staff. If you come in, you’ll likely find us looking over blueprints or talking to suppliers on the phone. Melaranoor is a great neighborhood and we’ve been involved in several projects around here. We handle everything from the initial land work to the final building stages. It’s a lot of coordination and things can get messy when the weather is bad or materials are late. We don't make any grand claims. We just do the work as best as we can and try to stay on schedule. People seem to appreciate that we’re straightforward and don't use a lot of corporate fluff. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure each project is built properly. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning till night. We’re just a local business doing our part in the industry. It’s been that way for years.
