Our office is in the Thayyil Building, number 10/145, up in Teekoy. It's a bit of a climb to get up here, but the air is always a little fresher, which we like. Cool Hill Resorts India Private Limited is our business, and we've been working on it from this spot for some time. Teekoy is a quiet area, and that suits us just fine. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with offices in every city. We just have this one place where we manage everything. Most days it's just a few of us sitting around, checking messages, and figuring out the maintenance for the different properties. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing too flashy, but it works for what we need. We've spent many afternoons just looking out at the hills and thinking about how to make our spaces better for people who visit. It's not always smooth sailing. We deal with the same problems every small business has, like power cuts or late deliveries from the town. But we've lived in this part of India for a long time, so we're used to it. We just want to offer a place where people can actually relax without all the extra fuss you get at big hotels. We're just local people doing our best with what we have here and hoping people enjoy the peace.
