Build-Tech Designers

We’ve got our office in the St. Pauls Building, right at Kurisupally Junction in Puthenangady. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living in Kottayam. Build-Tech Designers is a small outfit. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. The office is usually a bit of a mess with rolls of paper and pens everywhere, but that’s how we like it. We’ve been at this junction for a while now, and we’ve seen the town change quite a bit from our window. People come to us when they have a building project in mind and need someone to figure out the technical bits. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just look at the site, look at the budget, and try to make something that works. It’s a lot of practical thinking and checking the local rules. Sometimes it's a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. It’s a local business, and we know most of the people who walk through our door. We just show up, do the work, and go home, like everyone else around here. It’s been our routine for years, and we don’t see any reason to change how we do things now. We just take it one project at a time.
