ABV Construction Consultancy is based in Kottayam. We are located at building 504 in Ward 2, at Velluparambil House. This is in the Perumpaikattussery area of Perumpaikadu. We do both construction and consultancy work. It means people come to us when they need a building put up or when they just need some advice on how to get started. We’ve been around Kottayam for a while now. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to meet and go over drawings. We don't put on airs or pretend to be some huge international firm. We are just local people who understand the building trade. Construction in this part of Kerala has its own set of challenges, like the soil and the heavy rains. We’ve seen it all before. We try to give honest advice to anyone who asks. Sometimes we are busy with several projects, other times it’s a bit slower. We don't spend money on fancy ads. We just rely on doing the work and letting people see the results for themselves. If you need to find us, we’re right there in Perumpaikadu. It’s a busy enough place, and we’re happy to be part of it. We just take each job as it comes and try to do right by the people we work for. It keeps us going every day.
