The dust from the trains and the noise of the whistles are just part of our daily life here. We've been in this little office for quite a while. It’s mostly just me and a helper. We deal with a lot of students who are here for their studies and need to get back home during the breaks. They usually come in looking tired and just want a quick ticket or a taxi that won't cost them too much. We try to help them out as much as we can. The office is often full of bags and boxes because people leave things here for a few hours. It gets messy, but it’s a working space. We don't have a big sign, just a small one over the door. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but the tea stall next door is good for passing the time. We know the train schedules by heart now without even looking at the board. It is a busy life being near the junction. People are always in a hurry, so we have to move fast. It is a simple life and we like being right in the middle of all the action. We just do what we can to help people get home.
