Soni National Properties

Our place is located in Tallapura Talwandi, over in the Keshavpura area. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger cities, but there is always something going on around the corner. We have been here at Soni National Properties for a while, and the neighbors all know where to find us if they need anything. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular door and a sign, but it serves us well. We do a lot of sitting and talking with people about land and houses. It’s not always easy work because there is a lot of back and forth with paperwork and checking things out in person. We spend a good amount of time out of the office too, walking around Tallapura to see how things are looking. Keshavpura has a nice feel to it, and we like being part of the community here. We don’t use any of those big marketing tricks or fancy websites. Most people just walk in because they saw the name or heard about us from a friend. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes through the door. If something is a bad idea, we usually just say so. Life is too short to beat around the bush. We keep the files organized as best as we can, though sometimes things get a bit messy when we are busy. That's just how it goes for a local business.
