Our small office is located on Baran Road in Nehru Nagar. It's a convenient spot for us because we live nearby and know everyone on the street. At Yadav Property, we mostly deal with local residential houses and some commercial plots. It’s not a huge operation. It’s just a couple of us who know the local market inside and out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the sites they want to look at. Sometimes the traffic on Baran Road makes us a little late for meetings, which we hate, but that’s life in the city. We try to keep our paperwork in order, though sometimes the desk gets buried under folders. We aren't interested in using flashy brochures or making big claims. We just show what’s available and let people decide for themselves. Most of our clients come to us because a friend or a relative told them we were okay to deal with. That means a lot to us. We’ve been in Nehru Nagar for a good while now and have seen it grow quite a bit. There are always new shops opening up. We just keep doing our daily routine, opening up the shop and helping whoever walks through the door. It’s straightforward work and we like it that way. No drama, just buying and selling property. We've been on Baran Road for a long time and we don't plan on going anywhere else.
