We are located at 72 Jhalawar Road, right in the Patrakar Parishar Colony. It’s a decent area and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done and meet with people who are looking for property. Jhalawar Road is always busy, so we get a lot of people just dropping by because they saw our sign while driving. We deal with all sorts of properties, mostly around the colony and the surrounding neighborhoods. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know the local land prices and who is selling what. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big billboards. We think it’s better to just talk to people honestly about what a piece of land is worth or if a house has problems. Sometimes the real estate business feels like everyone is trying to sell you something you don't need, but we try to avoid that. We just give the facts and let people decide for themselves. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and maps of the area. We like the colony here, it’s a good community. If you need to find us, just look for number 72. We’re usually around during the day, unless we’re out at a site showing someone a plot of land or checking on some paperwork at the local office.
