Shree Shyam Property

Our office is located at 4-A-5 in Mahaveer Nagar Vistar. It is right in the middle of the Mahaveer Nagar area. We spend most of our time dealing with the local houses around here. Shree Shyam Property is just a small setup where we keep track of who is moving out and who wants to move in. It gets pretty dusty sometimes with the construction nearby but we keep the place running. There isn't a huge team or anything, just a couple of us who know the streets well. We have a lot of files on the desk and the computer is usually running some old software for the accounts. People come in to ask about plot sizes or if any flats are free for rent this month. We try to give them straight answers without making it complicated. Most people around here know where 4-A-5 is because it’s a recognizable corner. We stay busy with the paperwork mostly. It takes a long time to get everything sorted with the registry and the local rules. We sit here, drink water, talk to the neighbors, and wait for the next person to walk in. It is a normal neighborhood business. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just some plastic chairs for people to sit while we talk about the properties. It works for us and the people who live around here.
