Paliwal Properties is based over on Rangbari Road. We are in the Mahaveer Nagar area, which is usually quite lively. The office is pretty straightforward. We don't go in for anything too decorative or modern. It is just a place to sit and work. There are a lot of students and families around here. Being on Rangbari Road means there is always something happening outside the window. We spend our time checking on different plots and houses. Sometimes people just stop in to ask questions about the local area. We try to be helpful when we can. It’s not a huge operation. Just a few of us here. We’ve seen Mahaveer Nagar change quite a bit over the years. More shops and more people coming in. We just keep doing what we do. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes, but that’s just the nature of property work. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just handle the requests that come our way. If you’re driving down Rangbari Road, you might see us. It’s a convenient location for most folks. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Nothing too complicated about it. We are Paliwal Properties and we have been in this part of town for a good while now. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we don't really notice it anymore. We just focus on the people who come in and sit down.
