Our place is located in the Talwandi area of Kota, right at H.No:3R35. Amit runs things around here and has been doing it for quite some time now. Kota is a busy city, especially with all the students and parents coming through for the coaching centers. We see a lot of families staying with us while they get their kids settled into their hostels or look for apartments. It is a simple setup, nothing too flashy, but we make sure the rooms are tidy and the water is running. We know how stressful it can be to move to a new city, so we try to make the stay easy. My cousin helps with the cleaning and we have a couple of guys who handle the front desk throughout the day and night. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is good for guests who need a rest. We handle the laundry in-house to make sure things get done right. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up when there is a storm, but we get it fixed as fast as we can. Being in Rajasthan, it gets really hot in the summer, so we spent a lot of time making sure the cooling works properly. We are not a giant chain or anything like that. It is just a local business trying to provide a decent place for people to sleep. We've had people stay for a day or even a month sometimes, so we've seen it all.
