We are over in Gujar Basti Dadabari. It’s a local spot here in Kota. Most days involve handling bookings for people who need to get to the station or maybe take a longer trip out of town. We have a few vehicles and we try to keep them clean, though the dust in Rajasthan makes that a constant job. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some chairs where people sit while we figure out the routes. Dealing with schedules can be a bit of a headache sometimes when trains are late or the roads are blocked, but that’s just how it goes. We know the roads around Kota-6 pretty well. People come to us because they know where to find us. We aren't a big company with a call center or anything like that. If you call, you're just talking to one of us. Sometimes we’re out driving ourselves if it’s a busy weekend. It gets quiet during the middle of the day when it’s too hot for anyone to move, then it picks up again in the evening. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Dadabari has grown a lot. We just keep doing what we do, making sure the cars are ready and the drivers know where they are going. It’s a simple business, really. No big secrets to it, just showing up and getting the work done every day. We’ve been at this Gujar Basti location for a long time.
