Sagvan Resorts Private Limited is tucked away in the Kota area. We are based care of Salahuddin, right behind Defodils School. It is not a typical office with a big street number or a neon sign. We use the school as a landmark because everyone around here knows where it is. It is a quiet spot, which is actually very nice for getting our paperwork done. We manage our resorts from this little office in Raipur. We have been here for a good while now and we like the location. Being behind the school means it is a bit calmer than being out on the main road. We do not have a corporate marketing team or any fancy slogans to show off. We are just regular people who work in the resort business. We spend our time checking on things and making sure our properties are doing okay. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work every single day. Sometimes it is hard to explain exactly where we are to people who do not know Kota, but once they see the school building, they find us just fine. Chhattisgarh is where we have always operated. We like the local feel of our setup here. We do not use any of those 'we believe' phrases because we just focus on the actual tasks. It is a simple business run by regular folks. We show up and do what needs to be done.
