S K Enterprises

S K Enterprises is based at 1-A-9 on Geeta Bhawan Road. It’s another part of Mahaveer Nagar that stays pretty busy during the day. We’ve been in this spot for a few years. It’s not a very big space, just enough for our inventory and a small area to sit. We deal with various goods, mostly supplying to other small shops or people nearby. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to do it. We’re usually too busy moving boxes or checking invoices. The road outside is always under some kind of repair, so it gets quite dusty. We have a small TV in the corner that we leave on the news, but mostly it's just background noise. My nephew helps me out in the afternoons after his classes. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just try to get the orders right and hope the trucks show up on time. Some days the internet is slow and we can't process things quickly, which makes the customers impatient. We just apologize and offer them a seat while they wait. It’s a very basic operation. We don’t spend money on advertising because we think it’s better to just be honest with the people who walk in. If we don’t have something, we tell them where else they might find it. Most people around here know we are reliable enough to get things done.
