Roots Play School

We are located in Bajrang Nagar, which is a pretty busy part of Kota. You know how it is here, everyone is always talking about studies and exams. Our little play school is a bit different because we just deal with the tiny ones who aren't worried about all that yet. The house we use has a small front area where we put out some mats for the kids. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some colorful posters on the walls, though some are peeling at the corners because of the heat in Rajasthan. Most of the kids live just a few streets away, so we know their parents quite well. There’s usually a lot of noise around 9:00 AM when everyone is being dropped off. We spend the morning singing songs or just letting them play with the plastic trucks. The kitchen is always busy making sure there’s some warm snacks ready. Sometimes the water cooler stops working and we have to call the guy from the main road to come and fix it. It’s just a simple setup we’ve got going here. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the kids are safe and having a bit of fun while their parents are busy with their own work. It keeps us on our toes for sure.
