Rohira Industries

We’re over at 7-A in the Haroti Industrial Area. Rohira Industries is basically a big shed where we make things. It’s in the heart of the industrial zone, so it’s surrounded by other factories and warehouses. The roads around here aren't the best, especially when it rains and the potholes fill up. We do a lot of manufacturing, mostly metal parts and components. The noise is constant—hammers, presses, and the occasional radio playing in the background. We don't have an HR department or a PR person. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the guys on the floor or the owner. We work long hours when the orders are high and take it a bit easier when things slow down. The office is just a desk in the corner with a lot of dusty ledgers. We don't use much software, we prefer writing things down. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I guess. The air in Haroti is always thick with the smell of oil and smoke, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the crates are packed securely. We’ve been doing this for years, and we know our machines inside out. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. We don't need fancy offices to get the job done right. It’s just us and the iron we work with every day.
