Our shop is number 2 on Baran Road, right by the Police Line in Gopal Vihar. It’s a solid location and easy for most people to find once they get near the Police Line. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good number of years. It’s a simple shop, nothing too fancy, just a place where we can sit down and talk about real estate. Most of our day involves people walking in from the neighborhood to ask about prices or to see if any new houses have come up for sale. We know Gopal Vihar very well because we spend so much time here. We don't go in for big advertisements or loud slogans. We just rely on doing a decent job and being honest with the people who come to us. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and documents, so we try to make that part a bit clearer for folks. We aren't a huge team, just a couple of us who know the local market inside and out. Sometimes the shop gets a bit busy and there’s not enough tea to go around for everyone, but we manage. We like the pace of life here on Baran Road. It’s steady work and we get to help our neighbors find the right place to settle down. That’s really all there is to it. We keep the doors open from morning until evening and we're usually here if you need us.
