Orient Studio & Apartment

We are located at 416 New Rajeev Gandhi Nagar in Kota. If you know where the Commerce College is, we are right behind it. This whole area is full of students. Most people staying here are studying for their big exams and need a quiet place to sleep. We have studio rooms and some apartments. It’s a simple setup for students and young people. I live nearby so I’m always around if someone loses their key or something breaks. Kota is a busy city for students, so there's always a lot of energy on the streets. Our place is just a building with rooms. Each room has the basics like a bed and a desk. It’s not like a luxury hotel. It’s more like a second home for the kids who come from far away. I see them going to coaching classes every morning with their bags. We've been here for a few years now. Rajasthan gets very hot, so we try to keep things as cool as we can inside. The address is easy to find once you get to Rajeev Gandhi Nagar. I spend my days talking to the parents and making sure everything is running okay for their children. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of people to help with cleaning and maintenance. It’s a straightforward business. We provide a place to sleep and study. No big fuss. It’s just how things are in this part of town.
