National Property Dealer

Our place is right by Aerodrome Circle. It is a landmark everyone knows, so people do not usually have trouble finding where we are. Being near the circle means we see a lot of traffic and people passing through all the time. We work as property dealers, focusing on the land and buildings in this general vicinity. It is a straightforward job. People come in with a budget, and we show them what is available within those limits. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days we do not even have time for lunch because so many people are stopping by to ask questions. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a functional space where we get the work done. We know the owners of the shops and houses around here, which helps when someone is looking for something very specific. We handle the negotiations and try to get a price that works for everyone involved. It is mostly about being fair and knowing the actual value of the land in this area. We have seen the circle grow and change quite a bit over the years. If you need to find a place or sell one, we are usually around the office most of the day. We keep things pretty informal and just talk to people.
