Mukundra Hills Tour & Company

You can find us at B-106 in Shri Kailashpuri, which is over on Balita Road in Kunadi. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which is actually nice because it’s a little quieter. We started this because we know the area around Mukundra Hills quite well. People come to us when they want to see something besides just the city streets. We have an office that’s basically just a room with some chairs and a computer where we keep track of everything. It’s a small operation. Most of the time it’s just us talking to people about where they want to go and how they’re going to get there. Kunadi has its own vibe, and we like being based here. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby in the colony. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute changes because of the weather or someone changing their mind. It happens. We just try to stay flexible. We’ve spent many years learning the paths and the best times to visit certain spots. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when the dust is flying or the rain starts coming down hard on the tin roof. But we like it. It feels good to help someone figure out their weekend trip. We’re just regular people working out of a regular office in a quiet part of Kota. It is simple but it keeps us busy.
