You can find us at Kuber Associates over on the Kotri Rangbari Main Road. Our office is located right opposite the L I C building, which makes it very easy to explain the directions to anyone who is looking for us. We do real estate advice here, but we don't act like those big fancy firms you see in the city. Our office is just a simple, single room with a few chairs and a large table where we can spread out our maps and papers. It can be a bit of a messy place sometimes because we have so many different documents and files lying around. We have been in this same spot for quite a long time now. The main road outside is always busy with vehicles going back and forth throughout the day. We don't have a receptionist or any assistants. If you walk in, you will just talk to one of us directly. We tell people exactly what we know about the local property market and we don't try to hide anything or make things sound better than they are. We think it is much better to be honest with people. We spend a lot of our time out in the car looking at different sites, so occasionally the office is locked for an hour or so. We just leave a handwritten note on the door when that happens. It is a small operation and we like it that way.
