Khanna Residency

Khanna Residency is situated in Vigyan Nagar, over in the Rajiv Gandhi Nagar area at number 176. This part of town is almost entirely dedicated to students and people who are here for their studies. Our building is a simple residential setup where we have rooms available for those staying long-term. We live here too, so we are always around if something needs fixing or if the water tank needs filling. It’s a plain building, nothing that stands out too much on the street. We have a gate and a small area out front. Most of the people staying with us are quiet because they are busy with their books all day. We make sure the common areas are swept and that the place stays safe for everyone. It’s not like a big hotel with a reception desk that’s always manned; it’s more of a home where people have their own space. Living at 176 Rajiv Gandhi Nagar means being close to all the main coaching centers, so our residents can just walk to their classes. We spend our days doing the usual chores, like checking the electricity and talking to the parents who come to visit their kids. It’s a straightforward way of living, and we try to make sure the environment stays peaceful so the students can focus on what they are here for. It’s just us running a honest local residency.
