Chiya Non-Veg Hotel

Out here on the Dadabari Rangbari Main Road, things stay pretty loud. We are located at M.N. III 68. Our place, Chiya Non-Veg Hotel, is where we spend all our hours. Cooking and making sure the pots are full takes up most of the day. The main road has a lot of trucks and cars passing through all the time. You can hear them from the kitchen. Our staff is small, just a few of us working together. When we are busy, it gets smoky and hot, but that's how a kitchen should feel. We serve non-veg dishes to whoever walks in. This isn't a fancy hotel like the ones in the city center. It’s just a practical place for a meal. Floors are washed, meat is prepped, and we wait for the evening rush. Sometimes the street lights outside flicker, and the neighbors next door are usually doing their own thing. We've been at this spot for a while now. Most people find us because they are driving down Rangbari road and need something to eat. Flyers and advertisements are not things we spend money on. We just keep the stove going. Slower days happen, but we stay open regardless. Hard work is expected, especially in the summers, but being part of the Dadabari area is good. It feels like home to us now, even with all the dust from the road. Once the customers have left, we usually eat our own dinner together while we clean up.
