Chintu Bags

Chintu Bags is right across from Maharani Dharmshala on Station Road. Being so close to Kota Junction means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. We deal with all sorts of bags here. You can find travel bags, school bags, and even smaller ones for everyday use. The shop isn't massive, but we try to fit as much as we can on the shelves so people have choices. Sometimes the bags are stacked quite high. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic from the station road, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. We see a lot of travelers who realized they need an extra suitcase or maybe their old one broke on the train. It's a busy spot. We’ve been at this location for a good amount of time now. People around here know us by name. It is just a regular shop where we try to help you find what you need without a lot of fuss. Some days are slower than others, but when the trains come in, it usually picks up. We keep the shutters up from morning until evening. It's a simple business. My family helps out too when things get really hectic. We don't do anything fancy, just sell bags to whoever needs them. Most of our regulars are local folks from Kota who know we are easy to find.
