Bird Hotel Regency Private Limited

Down in Kota, we are located at B-12 in New Colony, which is part of the Gumanpura area. Bird Hotel Regency Private Limited has its office here. Kota is known for being a busy town, especially with all the students, but New Colony is a bit more settled. Our building is a standard block, nothing that stands out from the rest of the street. We have been here for a while and the 324007 area feels like home to us. Inside, it is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of folders. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend our days managing the business and talking to people on the phone. It is a local operation through and through. The traffic in Gumanpura can be a bit much during peak hours, so we usually try to get in early. It is not a corporate headquarters with a lobby; it is just where we handle the books and the legal stuff. We know the tea seller down the street and the postman by name. That is just how it is in this part of town. We are just regular people running a hotel company from a modest office in Kota. It works for us and keeps us close to the local scene. We just keep things moving.
