Avesha Non-Veg Hotel

You can find us right on Station Road, which is a very busy place to be. There are people coming and going from the trains all hours of the day and night. Our hotel isn't one of those fancy places with carpets and quiet hallways. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic and the engines outside, but that’s the energy of the area. We serve a lot of non-veg food to hungry travelers who just stepped off a long train ride. Our kitchen is small and it gets very smoky when we are grilling or frying up the meat. We have a few tables where people can sit down and eat quickly before they have to catch their next bus or train. The floor is made of old tile and we have to mop it constantly because of all the feet coming through. I usually stand behind the counter and handle the cash while the boys in the back do the heavy cooking. We stay open late because the trains don't stop for anyone, and there is always someone looking for a hot meal at two in the morning. Sometimes the regulars from the neighborhood come in too, just for a quick bite and some talk about the news. We don't have a big menu, just a few things we know how to make well. It’s a fast-paced environment and we just try to keep up with the crowd.
