Our location is at Bajaj Khana, specifically Dadabadi Vikas Yojana Dadabadi 4 A 14. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so we see a lot of the same faces every few weeks. The shop is part of the 4 A 14 block and it’s a simple setup. We have the chairs lined up and the mirrors on the wall reflecting the street outside. In the mornings, it’s usually quiet until the neighborhood wakes up and people start heading out. We spend a lot of time cleaning the combs and making sure the razors are ready. The area of Bajaj Khana is a nice place to work because it’s not too noisy. We’ve got a few posters on the walls and a shelf for the towels and powders we use. Sometimes the kids come in after school for a trim, and they can be a handful, but it keeps things interesting. The light in the shop isn't very bright, so we rely on the big window in the front. We don’t have a website or any of that modern stuff. People just know we are here in Dadabadi and they walk in when they need us. It’s a steady rhythm of cutting, sweeping, and talking to the neighbors. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the routine feels comfortable. We just focus on the work and let the day go by.
