Our office is located at O4/8 in the Vidyanagar Township, which is over in Toranagallu, Bellary. We are right in the middle of the steel belt, and if you’ve ever been to this part of Karnataka, you know it’s a place that’s always moving. The township itself is where we spend most of our time. It’s a very practical, functional place to work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Our workspace is just a simple office where we handle the steel orders and the logistics that go along with them. There’s always a lot of paperwork and people coming in to check on things. We aren’t really the corporate type. Most of us are just local folks who have been around the steel industry for years. We know the heat and the dust of Bellary all too well. We don’t spend any time on marketing or trying to sound like a big company. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Whether it’s talking to the drivers or sorting out an order for a builder, we just take it as it comes. It’s a tight-knit community here in the township, so we often see the same faces every day. We just try to keep things simple and get the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in this area.
