This is a bit of a unique spot, being based out of Room No: A-105 in the Bachelors Hostel. It’s right inside the Jsw Township in Vidyanagar. For anyone working with Jsw Steel Ltd, this area is pretty much the center of the world. Bellary has its own rhythm, and living in the hostel means you’re always close to the action. It’s not a big fancy office; it’s just where we get things done. The room is small, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few of us are trying to sort out the schedules at once. But it works for what we need. You can hear the sounds of the township life outside the window all day. Being in district Bellary, especially with the 583275 postal code, you realize how much the steel industry drives everything around here. It’s a lot of long hours and focusing on the tasks at hand. There’s a lot of coming and going since it's a hostel, so you meet people from all over who have come here for work. We don't have a big sign or anything. It’s just a place to sit down, look at the numbers, and make sure everything is on track for the next shift. It’s a very basic way of working, but it’s honest. We don’t need much else besides a working fan and a clear list of what needs to happen by tomorrow morning.
