We are located at L5/5 in Vidyanagar, which is inside Toranagallu village in the Bellary district. If you know anything about this part of Karnataka, you know that Toranagallu is basically the center of the steel world around here. We are right in the township, so it’s a bit of a community feel. Our office is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day logistics and the coordination for the steel works. It’s not a fancy place by any means. It’s mostly just desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on every available surface. We don’t really go in for the corporate look. Most of us are just regular people from the area who have been working here for years. The days are usually pretty full with people coming in and out and the phones ringing constantly. We spend a lot of time talking to the plant workers and making sure the schedules are being followed. It’s a lot of practical work, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but we always figure it out. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The heat in Bellary can be tough, but the office has some shade and we keep the water cold. It’s just a normal, hardworking place in the middle of a big industry.
