ZEKE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPER (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Zeke Construction and Developer (OPC) Private Limited is our small operation located on Bhukailash Road in Khidderpore. Khidderpore is a really busy part of Kolkata, and our office at 4/2/B/H/10 reflects that. It's a bit crowded and noisy outside, but that’s the energy of the city. We work on construction projects and local development. Being a one-person company, or an OPC, means I handle a lot of the things myself with a small crew. We aren't some massive corporation with floors of office space. We just have this one spot in the 700023 zip code. Most of our work happens right here in the neighborhood. We look at old buildings that need fixing or new spots that need building up. The streets here are narrow, so getting equipment in and out is always a challenge. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or walking to different sites nearby. We don't do much in terms of advertising; it’s mostly just people in Khidderpore knowing who we are. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but we keep at it. If you’re around Bhukailash Road, you’ll probably see us around. We just try to do decent work without making a big fuss about it. It’s a local business, and we are proud to be part of this community. We have been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer.
