ZAIRA AND ZEESHAN CONSTRUCTION (OPC)PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in the Flora Fountain building on Christopher Road in Kolkata. We are up on the 24th floor in block 2, so the view of the city is actually quite something, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. Being an OPC private limited company means things can get a bit hectic around here with just a few of us managing the construction projects. We’ve been at this address, 45 Christopher Road, for some time now. Kolkata is a big place to navigate and having a base here helps us stay connected to the different sites we have going on. The building itself is pretty well known in the area. We do a lot of the standard construction work, mostly dealing with the day-to-day problems that pop up on any building site. It’s not always pretty, there is a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do. We try to keep things organized but construction is rarely a clean process. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local outfit trying to make things work in the city. If you ever come by, you’ll probably see us buried in files or on the phone with contractors. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things take longer than they should, but we stay focused on the tasks at hand. We are just here every day getting on with it and making sure the work gets done.
