YABISTA REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Parnashree Pally at number 10/3. We are up on the second floor. People usually just know where we are. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to finish the paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. There’s a lot of coordination between different parties, and we just try to keep everyone on the same page. We are just regular people working in a regular office. We like being in Parnashree Pally because it feels like home. It’s a straightforward business and we just take things one day at a time. We often have tea together in the afternoons.
