Our office is in the Fmc Fortuna Building, which is located at 234/3A, A J C Bose Road in Kolkata. Wrinkle Properties Llp is the name we go by. We are on one of the busiest roads in the city, so there’s always a lot of energy around here. We work on property management and real estate deals. The building is a well-known spot, which makes it easier for people to find us. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need help with their property needs. The 700020 area is a prime spot, but we try to keep things down to earth. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology or try to sound like a huge corporation. It’s just us trying to make sense of the property market. Sometimes the traffic on AJC Bose Road is a nightmare, but that’s just how Kolkata is. We’ve learned to plan our site visits around the rush hour. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s a small lease or a larger sale. It’s steady work and we enjoy being in the middle of such a vibrant part of town. We are here every day, just keeping things moving along as best we can without much fuss or bother from anyone else.
