Our office is at 7 Queens Park in Ballygunge. It is a nice and relatively quiet pocket of Kolkata compared to the noise of the main roads. White Lagoon Properties Private Limited is the name we use for our business. We handle all sorts of property matters. Usually, our days involve a lot of meetings and looking at different sites across the city. Being in the 700019 area makes it quite easy for us to get around to most places we need to be. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is just a smaller group of us working here together. We keep our files organized and try to make sure things move along as they should. Property work can be quite slow sometimes because of all the legalities, but we try to stay on top of it. People know us in this neighborhood. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us when we walk by. We do not do much flashy advertising at all. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name on the door when they pass by. The building we are in has a bit of old character. Inside, it is mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We spend our time making sure the details are right. It is a lot of back and forth, but that is just the business.
