VMT CONSTRUCTIONS is located over at L-2/41 in Sector-Baliganj. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find. We are a small team that handles construction work around here. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and tea cups everywhere. We do not really go for the polished look because that is not how we work. Most of our time is spent out on sites anyway. Baliganj is a nice place to be based, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We have been operating as a private limited company for a bit, but at the end of the day, we are just a bunch of people who know how to build stuff. We do not have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything. We just take on projects and try to finish them before the monsoon hits. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or someone not showing up, and we just deal with it. It is honest work. We talk to the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It is a community thing. Our office door is usually open during the day, unless it is too dusty or noisy outside. We do not spend money on big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name on a site. It is a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work okay for us.
