Vittabhoom Realty Private Limited is tucked away at 888/2, Madurdah. This area near the East Kolkata Township Project is always under some kind of work. Our office is right in the middle of all that dust and activity. It’s near the Anandapur police station, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the landmark. We keep things very simple here. There are a few tables, a couple of computers that aren't the newest models, and stacks of site plans everywhere. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of the construction outside, but we try to sweep it every morning. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the address. Our team is small, just a few locals who know the Madurdah area well. We spend a lot of time walking around the township project, looking at plots and checking progress. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at the main table while we talk about the day’s tasks. There’s no dress code, just whatever is comfortable for walking through construction sites. It can get a bit loud with the trucks passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy setup; we’re just here to handle the realty side of things for the people around here.
