We are located at D-660 on Sonapur Road, right near Jain Kunj on Hide Road. This area is very industrial. It’s not the kind of place you come for a stroll. There’s a lot of dust from the trucks and the sound of heavy machinery is pretty much constant. Our unit is a big open space with a small partitioned area for the office work. The floors are concrete and they’ve got plenty of stains from years of use. We don't have air conditioning, just some large industrial fans that push the warm air around. Most of the day is spent moving heavy stuff or checking the machines to make sure they are running right. It’s a bit gritty, and your clothes are usually dirty by the time you head home. We don't have a fancy logo on the wall or a lobby for guests. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk right into the workspace. We have a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a large water tank. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially in the summer, but it’s a good group of people here. Visco India is just a part of the landscape on Hide Road. We do our job, pack up, and come back the next day. Sometimes the road gets flooded after a heavy rain and we have to spend the morning sweeping out the water before the trucks arrive.
