Verminey Promoters Private Limited has its office at 5 Chittaranjan Avenue. We are on the 1st floor, which is handy because we do not have to wait for the elevator most days. This part of Kolkata has a lot of history, and we like being right here in the center of things. We work as promoters, which means we spend a lot of time talking to builders and people looking for property. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We are not a big, cold corporation. It is mostly just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. The office is not anything special to look at, just some desks and old filing cabinets, but it works for us. We do not believe in using a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to help people find the right spot or get a project off the ground. It can be stressful when things do not go according to plan, but that is just how it is in this business. We have seen the city change a lot from our windows on Chittaranjan Avenue. Through all the changes, we have just kept doing our thing, day in and day out. It is a simple way of working, but it has served us well enough so far.
