You can find us at Arjun Enclave, up on the fourth floor in flat 4A. We are situated on Judges Court Road, which is a fairly quiet part of the 700027 area. We handle construction projects. It’s a small operation, really. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to vendors. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window. We’ve been working under the Veinard name for a bit now. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep things organized in the office. We deal with the usual stuff like budgets and timelines. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, like when the rain starts and stops the work. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure the jobs get done. We like being in this part of town. It feels like a good place to base a business. We focus on the practical side of building. No fancy talk, just brick and mortar and getting things finished. Judges Court Road has a certain feel to it, and being in Arjun Enclave is nice because it’s a bit away from the heaviest traffic. Our flat, 4A, is where the main decisions get made. It's a practical environment for a practical business.
