VEINARD BUILDERS LLP

Veinard Builders LLP operates out of our office at Arjun Enclave on Judges Court Road. We are based in Flat 4A on the fourth floor of number 12C. We have been in the building industry in Kolkata for quite a while now. Our day-to-day life involves a lot of site visits and talking to workers and suppliers. Building things is a messy process and there are always problems to solve, whether it is a delay in materials or a change in plans. We do not have a fancy corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. It is just a workspace where we get the real work done. We are a small team and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. The 700027 area is a great neighborhood to work in, even if parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We do not really use any slogans or marketing jargon to describe what we do. We are just builders. We take a project, we figure out how to get it built, and we stay on top of it until it is finished. It takes a lot of effort and sometimes things do not go exactly as planned, but we always find a way to make it work. We are just honest people trying to earn a living by building things that will last. If you are in the neighborhood, that is where you will find us, probably looking over some drawings or on the phone with a contractor.
