We are located at 6, Hastings Park Road, in the Rajshree Apartment 5I, over in Alipore, Kolkata. Being in Alipore gives us a nice, central spot to work from, even if finding parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Veeyu Hr Solutions is basically us sitting down every day and trying to match the right people with the right jobs. It sounds simple when you say it like that, but anyone who has worked in HR knows it’s a lot of phone calls, emails, and looking at resumes until your eyes hurt. We don't have a big, fancy office with a view. We are just in a regular apartment building, which makes the whole thing feel a lot more personal. People come in for interviews or to talk about their careers, and we just have a normal conversation. We don’t use those scripted interview questions that everyone hates. Instead, we just try to get a feel for what someone is actually good at. We’ve been at this Rajshree Apartment location for a while and we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. It’s a steady stream of work that keeps us on our toes. We don't make big promises about transforming everything. We just try to find a person who can do the job and will show up on time. It’s practical, it’s necessary, and it’s what we do every day here in Kolkata. We just keep at it.
