You can find us at Room 209 in P-44 Rabindra Sarani. It’s an old building, and we’ve been here for a bit now, working as Mind N Money Placement Consultancy. The office isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our interviews and paperwork. We spend our mornings looking through piles of resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. Rabindra Sarani is always crowded, so getting here can be a bit of a trek through the traffic. Once you’re inside Room 209, things are a bit quieter. We try to keep track of which companies are hiring and who might fit where. It’s not always easy, especially when the requirements change last minute. We don't use any fancy software, just our files and some notebooks. People come in looking for a start or a change, and we listen to what they’ve done before. It’s a small operation, really. Just a couple of desks and a lot of folders. We stay late most evenings trying to catch up on emails. It’s a lot of back and forth between us, the candidates, and the offices looking for staff. We just keep at it every day, hoping things work out for everyone who walks through our door.
