It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the college is. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators or climbing a lot of stairs every time we go out. The 700029 area is one of those parts of Kolkata that feels a bit more open. Our office space isn't huge but it fits us well enough. We have a few tables pushed together and some shelves that are usually overflowing with folders and project notes. Since we are near the college, there is always a lot of energy and people moving around outside. It gets a bit noisy during the day but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any flashy lights or big corporate branding inside. It’s just a place where we sit down, have some tea, and handle the business of the day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, but that’s just life in a normal office. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. It’s a working environment, nothing more and nothing less. We like being in this part of South Kolkata because it’s easy for people to reach us. It feels like a real neighborhood office where we can just focus on what needs doing without any bells and whistles to distract us from the tasks at hand.
