Vartaman Builders Llp is located at 111 Park Street in Kolkata. Being on Park Street means we are right in the heart of the city, which is great for meetings but terrible for parking. Our office is in an old building that has a lot of character, though the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We have been here for a while, working on various building projects across West Bengal. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have those big glass-walled offices you see in the movies. It’s more about desks piled high with site reports and samples of tiles or paint. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to make sure everything is moving along as it should. Construction is a messy business, and there are always problems to solve, like a late delivery or a mistake in the masonry. We just try to deal with those things as they happen. We don’t use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. Most of our days are spent running between the office and different sites, so we aren't always at our desks. If you call, you might have to leave a message, but we’ll get back to you when we are out of the dust. We aren't interested in being the biggest company on the street; we just want to be the ones who stay busy and do honest work.
