You can find us on the third floor of 21 Hemant Basu Sarani. We are in Room 306. This part of Kolkata is always humming with activity since it's near the heart of the business district. VANSHIL DEVELOPERS LLP is our name. It’s an older building, which we actually like because it has some character. We do a lot of planning for new developments from this small room. Most of the time, the desk is buried under stacks of files and permit applications. It can be a real headache dealing with all the rules and regulations, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just need a place to work and meet with the people we’re building for. Sometimes the fans are clicking away and it gets a bit warm, but we get the work done. We spend a lot of our week out visiting different sites to make sure things are going according to plan. It’s important to be there in person. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy the process of turning a piece of land into something functional. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of tea.
