We are located at 9 Ramlal Mukherjee Lane in the Bally Jagachha area of Howrah. It is a typical Howrah neighborhood with narrow lanes and houses close together. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We work on infrastructure and development, which basically means we spend a lot of time thinking about roads, buildings, and how everything fits together. It is a busy life, and there is always something that needs fixing or checking on a site. Being in Howrah means we have to deal with a lot of congestion, but we know the shortcuts by now. Our team is made up of local people who have lived in West Bengal their whole lives. We do not go for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just call each other by our names and get on with the job. The office often smells like tea and old paper because we are always looking through blueprints. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work that people in the neighborhood can actually use. Sometimes we are up early to meet with contractors, and other times we are at the office late finishing up the books. It is just the way we work. It is simple, local, and keeps us busy. We don't mind the long hours as long as things get built properly.
