Utkarsh Highrise is based over at 20/1M East Topsia Road. The 700046 area is always changing. We've seen a lot of new buildings go up around here recently. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have any of that corporate art on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a map of the city. We work on highrise developments, mostly handling the logistics and the coordination side of things. It's a lot of back-and-forth with different people. East Topsia Road can be a bit hectic with all the trucks and traffic, but it keeps us on our toes. We are a small crew. We know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. It’s a comfortable way to work. We don't have a grand vision we talk about all the time. We just want to make sure the projects we are involved in get finished properly. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or paperwork issues, but that's just part of the business in Kolkata. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving. It suits us. We’re just regular people doing a job that involves a lot of tall buildings. If you stop by, you'll probably find us mid-discussion or on a call. That's the way it is here. We try to keep things real and don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just do the work that comes our way.
