USAMA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at 18/A Tiretta Bazar Street in Kolkata. It’s a busy spot here. If you know this part of town, you know it gets pretty crowded early in the morning with the market and everything. Usama Construction Private Limited has been operating out of this building for a while now. The office isn't fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Some days it’s quiet, but mostly there is a lot of noise from the street below. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to vendors. The walls are a bit old, but they hold up. Kolkata weather can be tough, especially in the summer when the humidity hits, but we just keep the fans running and carry on with our tasks. Being in Tiretta Bazar means there is always good food nearby, which is a plus for the staff. We don’t really do much big talk or fancy presentations. Most of the day is spent on the phone or handling paperwork for various projects. It is just a regular office life for us here. We see the same faces every day walking past the entrance. It feels like we are part of the local fabric of this neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get deliveries on time, but that is just how it is in this part of Kolkata. We just make do and stay focused on whatever construction job is currently on the desk. Every day we come in, brew some tea, and check the schedule. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy.
